No. We do not sell these types of products and would not get involved with one in any capacity. We do stick built homes only.
We are not architects, but we work directly with our preferred architects to get plans stamped for your desired floor plan. Costs vary.

We are not engineers or surveyors ourselves, however, we can manage the process to get your raw land engineered and/or surveyed. We provide these services once there is a fully executed construction contract to build a home.
We find it is most efficient to first sign a contract to buy land, then work with us towards a game plan so that we can hit the ground running after you close on the land.
It typically takes anywhere from five to nine months from the time we begin work.
No. We require you to have plans done with us, by an architect of our choosing. This provides consistency across our houses as our preferred architects are familiar with our building style.
